This article provides an overview of getting started with EliseAI and what to expect during each onboarding phase. Note that your organization's specific launch timeline and action items depend on:
- The EliseAI products you are launching.
- The number of communities (properties and buildings) you are launching.

1. Pre-Kickoff
Prepare for your EliseAI Kickoff Call by completing these steps:
- Select EliseAI products to launch. Please speak with your Account Executive or visit our website to learn about our Leasing, Resident, Voice, and CRM products.
- Select communities to launch on your EliseAI product suite.
- Identify your implementation team and confirm availability for your EliseAI kickoff call.
2. Kickoff Call
Use your EliseAI kickoff call to create a launch plan with our team.

Meet Your EliseAI Team:
- Your Account Executive (AE) will assist with demos, reporting overviews, and contracts.
- Your Customer Service Manager (CSM) will assist with general setup, training, and issue escalation.
- Your Solutions Engineers (SE's) will assist with product setups and technical support.

Discuss Your Goals. What do you hope to achieve with EliseAI?
- Examples of goals include boosting after-hours support and achieving specific metrics like reduced delinquencies.
- Select a name for your EliseAI Assistant. This is the AI that will manage most of your prospect and resident interactions. Our team will brainstorm options with you.
- Discuss your implementation project plan, confirm your preferred launch date and phased rollout schedule (if applicable).
- Review Next Steps to align on action items and ask any open questions.
3. Integrations
If your organization uses an external PMS or CRM, connect these platforms to EliseAI.

Conduct Credentials Sessions to sync your PMS/CRM to EliseAI.

- Reach out to your PMS/CRM support teams for API access and related requests.
- See our Help Center's Onboarding Section for instructions on each PMS/CRM.
- Monitor integration progress on your Launch Status page.

4. Product Settings
- Submit your EIN (Employer Identification Number) to EliseAI. This is a required step to enable AI outreach to prospects and residents.

Compete launch steps for each of your EliseAI products and communities.
- Your EliseAI Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineers, and Support Team are there to assist you along the way.

Configure product settings and monitor progress using your Launch Status page.
- See the Launch Status Overview article for instructions.
- Set up your VoiceAI for resident (included) or leasing (optional). Please involve a team member well versed in setting up phone lines, if possible.
- See VoiceAI Initial Setup and Settings for instructions.
- Connect EliseAI to your property websites, property phone numbers, and internet listing services (ILSs).

5. Knowledge Setup
Set up your AI Assistant's Knowledge Base to ensure it shares accurate information with prospects and residents.

Review core knowledge questions and identify information you want to convey to your customers. Examples of core knowledge questions include:
- What is the community's income requirement?
- Can I transfer my lease?

Enter this information into your Onboarding Form or Knowledge Base.

- Fill in as much knowledge as possible to optimize your AI Assistant's performance.

6. Invite and Train Your Team

Add your team members as EliseAI users and assign them roles using your Launch Status page.
- Start by inviting users who will assist with integrations, knowledge, and product setup. Add end users (such as leasing agents) closer to your launch date.

Announce the EliseAI launch to your team ahead of launch day.

Implement a training plan for your team using our education resources:

7. EliseAI Testing
Our internal testing ensures your EliseAI products are ready for launch.
- Allowlist Testing: End-to-End (E2E) tests for each of your integrations and products. If any step fails, we rerun or troubleshoot the step until it passes.
8. Launch Day
- Ensure your websites and ILSs are updated using the steps in this article:

Officially activate your EliseAI Product Suite and AI Assistant.
- Your Customer Success Manager will notify your team and confirm prior to launching.

Review and approve pending knowledge so your AI Assistant learns from conversations.
