Leasing Agents: Use this checklist to plan your day and keep your AI Assistant’s prospect and resident conversations moving forward.
Start of Workday
✅ Review Your Daily Report
Your AI Assistant emails you a Daily Report every morning. This report recaps the past 24 hours and highlights any actions you must take. Pay close attention to the following sections of the report:
- Escalations: Tasks you need to complete
- Today's Tours: All scheduled tour appointments for the day
- Unresponsive, Inactive, and Opted Out Leads: Leads that are not responding to your AI Assistant in the way we would like. Click on a lead's name in the Daily Report to open their conversation. Then, message or call the lead to see if they are still interested.

✅ Complete Tasks in the Task Queue
A task is created when your AI Assistant needs help to keep a conversation moving.
Complete any tasks that were added to the task queue overnight. Your AI Assistant communicates with prospects and residents 24/7, so it may hand off tasks after business hours.
Click on a task to review the relevant conversation history. Your AI Assistant flags the part of the conversation that needs a response. Respond directly in the chat box to complete the task. This removes the task from your queue, and you can move on to the next task.

✅ Review Your Calendar and Prep for Tours
Your AI Assistant books tour appointments directly on your EliseAI Calendar. Your Daily Report also highlights any tours booked. Use these sources to review the tours scheduled for the day.
Prepare for tours by:
- Reviewing the prospect's guest card. Click on a prospect's tour appointment in your calendar to open their guest card. View the prospect's preferences and qualification details, if applicable.
- Reviewing the prospect's conversation history. Click View Conversation on a prospect's guest card to open their conversation history and view the questions they asked your AI Assistant.

Throughout the Workday
✅ Check the Task Queue Every 1–2 Hours
Check the task queue regularly. Timely task completion keeps leasing and resident conversations moving and ensures prompt responses.

✅ Mark Tour Handler and Tour Outcome After Each Tour
After a tour, update the tour handler and tour outcome in the AI Portal. This ensures you get credit for your tours, and that your AI Assistant sends the right kind of follow-ups to the prospect.
You can mark a tour in one of three ways:
- Clicking on the tour appointment in the prospect's guest card.
- Clicking on the tour appointment in your calendar.
- Completing a post tour follow-up task in the task queue.
Update Tour Handler to the agent who managed the tour.
Select Shown if the prospect attended the tour and include any units toured. Your AI Assistant sends Shown prospects an application link encouraging them to apply.
Select No Show if the prospect did NOT attend their tour. Your AI Assistant sends No Show prospects follow-ups to re-engage them.

End of Workday
✅ Complete Post-Tour Tasks (If Needed)
Mark the tour handler and outcome on any tours you still need to update. Your AI Assistant will handle follow ups from there.
✅ Complete Tasks in the Task Queue
Complete any remaining tasks in the task queue. Aim to complete all tasks by the end of the day. This prevents tasks from piling up and ensures your contacts get the answers they need to continue on their leasing and resident journeys.
