Overview
Use EliseAI Credentials Pages to set up your ResMan integration. To access a credentials page:
- Open the EliseAI Portal.
- Click Onboarding in the left sidebar. Then, click Launch Status in the dropdown menu.
- On the Launch Status page. find the row for the Building and Product you would like to integrate.

Click the red + Setup button in the row's Integration column.
Please submit a ticket if you have any questions about this process. Use the CC field to copy:
- onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com
- Your Customer Success Manager

Open a ResMan Support Ticket
Follow these steps to open a ResMan support ticket:
- Log in to your ResMan account.
- Select the Help button located on the left side of the screen to access the Support Portal.
- Navigate to Contact Customer Support at the bottom right of the screen.

Use the following details when submitting your request:
Subject: Grant Access to EliseaI
Email Body: "Please grant EliseAI integration access for the following communities"
{Add building list}
- Copy the following emails on the request:
- onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com
- Your Customer Success Manager's Email
- Copy the Ticket ID number.
- Paste the Ticket ID number in the Ticket ID field on the EliseAI credentials page.
Provide ResMan Credentials
On the EliseAI credentials page:
- Click Add New Credential + under Step 2
- Enter your Company Account ID
- Click Add
Confirm ResMan Properties
Confirm all your properties under Step 3 on the credentials page.
If the Matching Property is not appearing in the dropdown list, or you see an "Access not found" error, please follow up with ResMan Support. Copy the following emails on the request:
- onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com
- Your Customer Success Manager's Email
Ensure you have access to the following API Endpoints:
- Leads
- Residents
- Transactions
Use your existing support ticket to request access, if needed.
Set up ResMan Community Agents
To set up agents in ResMan:
- Go to Accounts > Employees > New Employee

Enter First Name and Last Name for two agents:
- House House (First Name: House, Last Name, House)
- Meet Elise (First Name: Meet, Last Name: Elise)

Set the Employee Type to Leasing
- This step is critical. This process will not work unless the Employee Type is set to leasing.
- Assign the properties you are launching to the two agents.
- Click Save
NOTE: The most important and often missed piece is checking the "Leasing" box for Employee Type. If this box is not checked, the Employee will not show up in any dropdown menus to select the leasing agent. The same issue will occur if the client creates their Elise leasing agents as Users but does not convert them to Employees and select the Leasing Employee Type.
