Launch AI-Guided Tours
You must use Elise's LeasingAI product to launch AIGT. Elise does not currently offer AIGT as a standalone product.
Use THIS FORM to contact EliseAI Support and launch AI-Guided tours for your communities. List the communities you wish to set up with AI-Guided tours in the form's Description text box.
Smart Access Set Up
You must set up smart access devices for prospects touring your communities. These devices, which include lockboxes and smart locks, allow prospects to enter units without live assistance.
Generally, AIGT can integrate with:
- SmartRent
- Seam: See the smart access hardware listed under Seam's List of Live Integrations.
Reach out to your CSM or Contact Support for more information on integrating AIGT with your smart access platforms and devices.
If you have not already installed smart access devices, Elise recommends using IglooHome Lockbox. Read the sections below for instructions on setting up IglooHome.
