Log In to Help Center
Follow these steps to log in to the EliseAI Help Center and access our full library of support articles.
- Navigate to support.meetelise.com.
- Click Sign In at the top right of the page.

Enter the email address used for your EliseAI account in the Email address* text box, then click Continue.
- Use the SSO Sign-In Page to log in with your EliseAI credentials. Specific steps depend on your organization's selected sign-in method.
- Once logged in, you will be redirected to the EliseAI Help Center home page. From here, you can:
- Search for a topic in the text box.
- Click on a section to browse articles and topics.
- Click the chat icon at the bottom right to chat with our Support Bot.

View past requests from your profile drop-down in the top right corner.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I seeing fewer articles on the Help Center than before?
We are now requiring users to login to see most content. Please sign in using your EliseAI credentials to view our full library of support articles and resources you and your teams can use for training purposes.
What are the benefits of this update?
This update allows us to deliver more customized articles and and support recommendations tailored to your specific needs.
I'm not able to sign in to the Help Center.
If you are unable to sign in to the Help Center, you may need to finish setting up your EliseAI account.
- Navigate to your email inbox. Look for an email from EliseAI with the subject link Activate your EliseAI account. Open the message, then click the blue Activate your EliseAI account button.
- If you cannot find an invite message, contact your Organization Admin. They can set up your account and send a user invite. If your admin has already done this, they can resend the invite.
- If your Admin cannot grant full user permissions yet, they can set you up with a Training Role so you can view the EliseAI Help Center and other learning resources prior to full launch.
How do I get support while waiting for my EliseAI credentials?
You can ask questions and chat with our Support Bot even if you are signed out of the Help Center.
Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the Help Center to chat with our Support Bot. Please note that for the best experience, we recommend logging in once your access has been configured.
