Metrics to Monitor
Metric |
Why It Matters |
Where to Find It |
|---|---|---|
| Pending Knowledge | A high amount of pending knowledge prevents EliseAI from learning. This delays its ability to decrease handoffs to your team. |
Operations > Knowledge > Pending Look for the "Pending Knowledge" section |
| Leads | A low amount of leads for the given time period means that you may not be directing all leads to EliseAI. EliseAI cannot respond to the leads it doesn't see. |
Reports > Leasing > Summary Look for the "Traffic" section near the top of the report |
| Automation Rate | A low automation rate means that EliseAI is lacking the knowledge to respond to prospects and residents on its own. This often starts at 80% but over time should be no lower than 90%. |
Reports > Leasing > Automation Look for the "Automation Rate Over Time" section at the top of the page |
| Early Takeover Rate | A high takeover rate means that your team is intercepting conversations from the AI. Early takeovers do happen, but rarely. This should be no higher than 5%. |
Reports > Leasing > Summary Look for the "Automation" section near the bottom of the report |
| Median Business Hours to Task Resolution | A longer amount of time means that your team is not responding as quickly to the prospects and residents that EliseAI has escalated to them. This should be around 1 hour. |
Reports > Agent Reporting > Resolved Tasks Look for the "Resolved Tasks by Property" section |
| EliseAI Managed Calls | A low amount of calls for the given time period means that you may not be directing all calls to EliseAI. EliseAI cannot respond to the calls it doesn't see. |
Reports > Phone Look for the "System Performance" section |
