Once you launch VoiceAI, your AI Assistant can begin managing calls.
If you Publish Elise Vanity Numbers, you must share this update with your ILS and community website providers.
If you Forward Traffic to Elise, you must configure your CRM to forward phone traffic to EliseAI vanity numbers.
Follow the instructions below to start the process for both of these methods:
- Log on to your AI Portal.
- Click Phone on the left sidebar, then click Voice Hub in the Phone dropdown menu.
- Click Action Items in the page's right sidebar to review and manage unresolved VoiceAI setup tasks for your communities.
- Click Download #s for Low Traffic Communities at the top right to download a CSV of all your low traffic Vanity Numbers. You can use this CSV to update your phone traffic when following one of the launch plans below.
- If you cannot download your CSV file, or it appears incomplete, you can use your AI Portal's Vanity Numbers table to compile EliseAI vanity numbers for your launch plan.
