Elise Sidekick is an extension that streamlines your EliseAI task management. It gives you quick access to Tasks, Knowledge, and Conversations, so you can stay organized while working from your external CRM or anywhere on the web.
Sidekick keeps teams efficient by simplifying task handoffs and ensuring responsibilities are clear. It acts as a lightweight extension of EliseAI, offering the platform's benefits without leaving the tools you already use. This flexibility allows teams to successfully adopt EliseAI workflows alongside their work in their CRM, allowing for a seamless experience.

| NOTE: If your organization uses Yardi RentCafe as its CRM, responding via Elise Sidekick will not clear tasks from your Unreviewed Queue. If you would like to bypass your Unreviewed Queue and manage all tasks in Sidekick, please submit a ticket. |

Installing Sidekick
Follow these steps to install Elise Sidekick:
Open the Chrome Store or Edge Store.
Search for Elise Sidekick and open the app page.
Click Add to Chrome or Get to install sidekick.

(Recommended) Pin Sidekick to your navigation bar for easy access:
- Click the puzzle piece Extensions button.
- Locate Elise Sidekick on the list of extensions.
- Click the pushpin icon to pin Sidekick to your navigation bar.
Once you install Sidekick, you can continue working out of the AI Portal or your external CRM.
Using Sidekick
Elise Sidekick contains four tabs. From left to right, these tabs are Tasks, Knowledge, Calendar, and Contacts.

Tasks Tab
The Tasks Tab lists recent tasks that need to be addressed by your organization.
These tasks are sorted by domain and task type. See Tasks in the AI Portal for information on each task type.
Click Reply on a task panel to complete the task within sidekick. Or, click the expand icon at the top right of the panel to view the full conversation in the AI Portal.
Select a community in the Search for a community... menu to view tasks for that community only.
Check the Filter Mentions to Self box to view your assigned or mentioned tasks only.
Click on a prospect or resident's name to copy it for reference.
Knowledge Tab
The Knowledge Tab displays the number of pending knowledge items for specific communities, or across your whole portfolio.
Click Manage Pending Knowledge to open the AI Portal Knowledge Page, where you can review and approve pending knowledge. See the Managing Knowledge article for detailed instructions on this.
Calendar Tab
The Calendar Tab displays your organization's Centralized Leasing Calendar.
View calendars by building or building group, and navigate to other days using the arrow keys or dropdown date selection. Click Today to snap back to the current day's schedule.
Scheduled tours display the tour type in the preview. Click on a tour to view tour details, key preferences, and the prospect's conversation history.
Clicking the expand icon to open your calendar in the AI Portal, where you can manage the events on your calendar.

Contacts Tab
The Contact Tab lists recent activity from prospects and residents. No matter who may show up at the office, leasing agents can quickly pull up their status and conversation history.
You can view the contact information, preferences, and conversation history for all contacts. Additionally, you can filter by prospect or resident and status, as well search by name and contact information.
Click View on the contact card to view the conversation with the contact.

Sidekick Settings
Click the Settings Gear on the extension's top right to view Sidekick settings.
Toggle the Task Notifications switch to enable Sidekick notifications in your browser. This allows you to stay informed even when Sidekick is minimized.
Click the Logout button to log out of sidekick.
