Tour Settings are configured on the Settings > Tours page. The required fields on this page are:
-
Tours Offered
-
Preferred Tour Type
-
Appointment Directions
-
Additional Instructions
-
Meeting Location
If a community offers Self-Guided or Live Virtual tours, the associated fields must be filled out as well.
Tours Offered & Preferred Tour Type
By default, only the Agent Led box will be checked. Agent Led will also be listed as the Preferred Tour Type. If a community offers multiple tour types and Agent Led is not the top preference, be sure to update the Preferred Tour Type dropdown. The dropdown will only include tour types checked in the Tours Offered column.
Self-Guided Tours
If a community offers Self-Guided tours, please set the Self-Guided Tour column to either "Standard" or "Link".
-
Standard Self-Guided tours are scheduled by your AI Assistant as normal
-
Link Self-Guided tours are scheduled through a self-scheduling link that your AI Assistant will send to any prospects inquiring about Self-Guided tours
-
If you choose the Link option, add the self-scheduler link to the Self-Guided Tour Link column
-
Live Virtual Tours
If a community offers Live Virtual tours, please set the Live Virtual Tours column to either "Client Platform", "Whereby", or "Link".
-
Client Platform Live Virtual tours have custom links to meeting rooms generated and sent out by agents ahead of the tour
-
Whereby Live Virtual tours are used when a community is set up to use Whereby, which will generate a custom link to send to both the prospect and the agent when a tour is scheduled
-
Link Live Virtual tours have one standardized meeting room link that can be sent automatically to prospects from your AI Assistant
-
If you choose the Link option, add the standardized meeting room link to the Live Virtual Tour Link column
-
