For message frequency, EliseAI strongly recommends using the default timing cadence. This cadence is the standard configuration supported by EliseAI, and it is designed to balance timely follow-up with prospect engagement.
Why am I seeing different lead counts between EliseAI and my external CRM?
You may see variations in lead counts and other metrics due to differences in calculation methods.
