AI-guided tours ensure your leads never miss the chance to explore your community by offering tours at the times that suit them best, whether it's during evenings, weekends, or as a last-minute walk-in. By offering fully automated, AI-assisted tours, EliseAI combines the high touch component of agent-led tours with the flexibility and convenience of self-guided tours.
EliseAI integrates with your CRM and PMS to manage the entire tour experience through booking, reminders, touring, to follow-up. AI-guided tours make self-guided tours more streamlined and efficient.
How AI-Guided Tours Work
- The prospect schedules a tour through your existing ILS or any of EliseAI's chat, SMS, email, or voice channels.
- EliseAI verifies the prospect's ID (required) and collects credit card information (optional) for any potential damages
- Once a prospect arrives for their tour, your AI Assistant sends them temporary pin codes to open the lockboxes or smart locks.
- During the tour, your AI Assistant shares a community map and engages with the prospect using data from your PMS, CRM, and Knowledge Base to provide up-to-date information.
- Near the end of the tour, your AI Assistant will proactively ask the prospect for feedback, send the application link, and remind them to return any keys or fobs.
- After the tour ends, your AI Assistant will automatically handle all post-tour follow-ups, just like it would for agent-led tours.
The AI-Guided Tour Setup Checklist
The AIGT Setup Checklist helps you easily track and complete everything needed to fully set up AI‑Guided Tours for your property. It gives you a clear, step‑by‑step view of what's done, what's left, and where to finish each item.
How to Access the Checklist
- Navigate to Settings > AI‑Guided Tours.
- Select your property.
- At the top left of the screen, you'll see your AIGT setup completion rate, which reflects how much of the required setup has been completed.
- In the top‑right corner, click Complete Checklist to open the full checklist view.
Understanding the Complete Checklist View
When you click Complete Checklist, you'll see:
- A breakdown of all required sections for a fully configured AI‑Guided Tour experience.
- Indicators showing which sections are complete and which still need attention.
Clicking on a section reveals individual tasks within each setup area.
Clicking on any task will automatically take you to the exact tab and section in AIGT Settings where that item can be completed.
