Leasing Message Overview
To view leasing messages sent to a prospect, click on their name in your Tasks or Prospect Contacts page. This opens the prospect's guest card and conversation history.
Please note that:
- Your AI Assistant DOES NOT send proactive leasing messages to prospects that have fully opted out from all communication channels.

- By default, your AI Assistant DOES NOT reach out to prospects that have started applications.

- If your organization has not launched Prospect Owner, responding to a prospect in a leasing conversation may automatically disable AI Assistant outreach.

- By default, if AI outreach is disabled in a prospect conversation, it automatically reactivates after a prospect's scheduled tour slot.

Introduction Message
In its first message to prospects, your AI Assistant introduces itself. Depending on your settings, the AI may also:
- List units that suit the prospect's needs.
- NOTE: Your AI Assistant only lists one unit in SMS intro messages.
- Collect information required by your LeasingAI Settings: Preferred layouts, move-in dates, and so on.
- List the tour types offered by your community.
- Offer to book a tour.
- Send an application link.

Tour Confirmation Message
When a prospect books a tour, your AI Assistant sends a tour confirmation message. This includes:
- Tour Date and Time
- Community Address or Map Link
- Access Instructions
Your AI Assistant always separates tour confirmation messages from additional responses. This ensures that prospects receive simple, easy-to-read tour confirmation messages.
Tour Reminder Message
Prospects will also receive tour reminders, the timing of which is dependent on when they book the tour.
- Prospects booking a tour more than 48 hours in advance will receive a reminder 23 hours before the tour starts
- Prospects booking a tour 24-48 hours in advance will receive a reminder 3 hours before the tour starts
- Prospects booking a tour less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a reminder, only a confirmation message.
Follow-ups Overview
After its introduction, your AI Assistant continues to reach out to a prospect through follow-up messages if the prospect stops responding. The timing of follow-ups is determined by a preset frequency.
The tables below outline the default language and frequency of follow-ups. Note that exact message content may vary depending on your organization's preferences and AI personality type.

Types of Follow-ups
Pre-tour follow-ups are sent to prospects who have not yet scheduled a tour at your property.
- Your AI Assistant can call unresponsive pre-tour prospects in addition to sending SMS/email messages. Submit a ticket to enable this.
- Note that this feature may only be available in select U.S. States.
Post-tour follow-ups are sent after the prospect has toured and the event has been marked as "show".
- Your AI Assistant uses unique follow-up language for prospects who take AI-Guided Tours. These follow-ups avoid mentioning live leasing agents to prevent any confusion.
No show follow-ups are sent if a tour is marked "no show" or if a tour is not marked as "show" or "no show" within an hour of the tour's end time.
Long term pre-tour or post-tour follow-ups are sent when a prospect has not replied to the conversation for an extended period of time and a preferred move-in date has been captured and saved in their leasing preferences. In these cases, long term follow-ups begin 90 days before the prospect's preferred move-in date and continue until roughly a year after the move-in date.

The conversation viewer displays Reason Tags on all leasing outreach messages. This promotes visibility into why your AI Assistant sent specific messages to a prospect.
