Overview
The Launch Status page displays the following items:
- The Onboarding status of all your communities and their associated EliseAI products
- The Anticipated Launch Date (ALD) of each product
- All steps to complete prior to each launch
- Your PMS and CRM integrations for each product
- The associated EliseAI contacts for each product:
- Customer Success Manager
- Implementation Specialist
- Account Executive
Overall Status
The Overall Status column displays a product's launch status for a given community.
If the product's overall status is Requires Clint Action, check the page's Required Actions for Launch columns for steps you must complete prior to launch.
Once you complete these steps, the product's overall status changes to Ready to Launch. Your CSM can launch products with a Ready to Launch status.
Integration Status
Setting up your PMS and CRM integrations is the essential first step in onboarding.
A red +Setup button appears in the Integration column of products with outstanding integration tasks.
Click the +Setup button to view an integration tasks list page, which shows the status of each task and the actions required for completion.
Generally speaking, you must provide API access for your communities, then create a Leasing Agent in your systems named Meet Elise.
Once you complete the integration, a green checkmark appears in the product's Integration column.
Product Settings
Configure your product settings to ensure that your AI Assistant's responses are tailored to each of your communities.
A red +Setup button appears in the Settings column of products with outstanding settings to configure. Click the +Setup button to view the product's settings page.
You can also access a product's settings by click Settings in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then clicking a product or feature to view its settings page.
Each settings page stores product-specific Information, such as preferred tour type for Leasing and late fee policy for Delinquency.
Once you configure a product's settings, a green checkmark appears in the product's Settings column.
I see rows for "Voice" and "VoiceResident." What's the difference?
Both these products may appear on your launch status page.
- Voice is VoiceAI for Leasing
- VoiceResident is VoiceAI for Resident.
These are separate products, even though the launch process for each is essentially the same.
See VoiceAI Initial Setup and Settings for instructions.
Knowledge Base
Set up your AI Assistant's Knowledge Base for communities launching Leasing or Resident products.
A red +Setup button appears in the Settings column of products requiring knowledge setup. Click the +Setup button to view the product's Knowledge Setup page.
This page includes core knowledge questions to answer, such as "What is the income requirement?" and "What forms of payment are accepted?"
This step is very important. Your AI Assistant relies heavily on Knowledge during its conversations with prospects and residents. Quality Knowledge leads to quality conversations.
Once you complete a product's knowledge base, a green checkmark appears in the product's Knowledge column.
See the Setting Up Knowledge article for more details.
Fee Setup
If your organization is using LeasingAI, you can set up unit fees on the Fees Page. You can also automatically sync fees from Yardi, Entrata, or Engrain.
This step is very important. Accurate fee information allows your AI Assistant to calculate Total Monthly Leasing Price and comply with state laws.
See the Fee Transparency Suite article for more information. Note that you will need to log in with your EliseAI credentials to view the Fee Transparency Suite article.
Invite Your Initial Team
Invite users to your team and assign them roles prior to launch.
A red +Setup button appears in the Invite Users column of products requiring team setup. Click the +Setup button to view your organization's Invite Your Team page.
You must assign users with specific access permissions for each of your EliseAI products. You can do this in one of two ways:
-
Click the boxes with red X Icons to quickly assign permissions to suggested users.
See Inviting Your Initial Team for more information.
Navigate to your AI Portal's Manage Users page to assign custom permissions.
Once you complete the required team setup, a green checkmark appears in:
- The relevant boxes on the Invite Your Team page.
- The product's Invite Users column on your Launch Status page.
Affordable Settings
Configure Affordable-Specific settings for all relevant communities prior to launch.
A red +Setup button appears in the Affordable column of products requiring affordable setup. Click the +Setup button to view your organization's Affordable Settings page.
Training Status
Monitor your onsite team's training progress in the % Training Complete column. The percentage shown indicates the overall training status synced from our Learning Management System. Training completion data syncs every 4 hours.
Hover over a training status percentage to quickly view the users who have completed or not completed the training.
| Please encourage all users to complete their required training courses to unlock the full capabilities of EliseAI and get the greatest return on your investment. |
Click into the percentage to drill down into a more detailed view of course progress by individual users. The detailed view includes a prompt that you can use to nudge your team into completing their required training.
Training course assignments are determined by a user's:
- Building access
- Product permissions
- Assigned training system (leasing only) for a building
- Access to the Training tab in your AI Portal
Choose to include or exclude the training status of your Organization Admins using the Include Org Admin Training toggle near the filters at the top of the page.
