Inviting Your Initial Team

Follow this guide to invite users to your team and assign them roles prior to launch. 

Visit your Launch Status page to begin setup. A red +Setup button appears in the Invite Users column of products requiring user setup. Click the +Setup button to view your organization's Invite Your Team page.

You can also access this page by clicking Onboarding in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then clicking Invite Your Team in the Onboarding dropdown menu.

Keep in mind that this page will disappear after launch. However, you can continue to manage users in your AI Portal's Manage Users page. 

Invite Users and Assign Permissions

You must invite users directly on your AI Portal's Manage Users page. See Set Up and Invite Users in AI Portal for instructions.  

However, you can use the Invite Your Team page to:

1. Quickly assign required permissions to suggested users.
2. Track progress of required user permissions for your EliseAI product launches.

Follow these steps to use the Invite Your Team page: 

1. Locate a community in page's the Community Name column. Any products scheduled to launch in that community that are missing required user permissions will be marked with a Red X Icon.
2. Click on a Red X Icon to view the missing permissions and a suggested user for assignment. This information appears in the Community Setup Details section.
3. Click Add Permissions to assign the missing permissions to the suggested user. Or, visit your Manage Users page to assign these permissions to another user.
4. A green checkmark appears once you assign all required product permissions for a community.

5. A green checkmark also appears in the product's Invite Users column on the Launch Status page. 

Elise Sidekick

Note that all users can access Elise Sidekick. A user's access in Elise Sidekick mirrors their access in the AI Portal. For instance, if a user can access leasing tasks in the AI Portal, they can access the same tasks in Elise Sidekick.
