Assign a Prospect Owner
Once the Prospect Owner feature launches for your organization, you can assign a prospect owner in your CRM or your Elise AI Portal.

NOTE: These instructions are a broad overview. Specific steps may vary depending on the CRM you use.
- Navigate to a prospect's guest card in your CRM.
- Click Edit Guest Card. This opens an Edit Guest Card window.
- Use the Agent dropdown menu to assign a prospect owner. Once assigned, the prospect owner can respond in a leasing conversation without disabling the AI Assistant.
Assign a Prospect Owner In The AI Portal
Depending on your CRM, you may be able to assign prospect owners directly on guest cards in Elise AI Portal. Reach out to your CSM or Contact Support for more information.
Disable AI Assistant
Follow these instructions to completely disable AI Assistant messages and responses in a prospect conversation.
NOTE: Avoid doing this unless absolutely necessary. The AI Assistant works best when it handles as much of the conversation as possible. This ensures that prospects receive prompt responses to all their questions.
- Navigate to a prospect's guest card through the Activity, Tasks, or Contacts page of your Elise AI Portal.
- Toggle the AI Assistant switch in a prospect's guest card. This opens the Disable AI Assistant Managed window.
- Select a time to reactivate the AI Assistant in the Until dropdown menu or with the Calendar widget on the right.
- Type in a reason for disabling the AI Assistant in the text box. You must submit a reason in order to disable the AI Assistant.
- Click Disable AI Engagement to disable the AI Assistant.
Prospect Owner Settings
You can adjust certain Prospect Owner settings if you have enabled your AI Portal's Teams page. See the Task Routing Settings article for more information.
