After your CRM and calendar move to EliseCRM, a few changes are required in your previous system. Find your CRM below and complete the steps with your Implementation Specialist.
Yardi
No action required. Your calendar is moved for you and no numbers or marketing sources change.
ResMan
Step 1: Move your tour hours and blackout dates into the AI Portal and keep them there.
Note: ResMan does not expose tour availability to EliseAI, so the AI Portal is the only place bookable availability lives. Booked tours are still exported to ResMan for reporting.

Yardi CRM IQ
Step 1: Remove the second agent-handoff workflow at the IQ Customer step.
Step 2: Set "Meet Elise" as the default agent.
- Navigate to RentCafe Site Manager: Company > Select Property > Content & Settings > Settings > Guest Card Settings > Default Agent for Property Website & Default Agent for RENTCafe.com ILS
Your Implementation Specialist re-syncs once these are done and validates the result with a test prospect.
Entrata
Step 1: Disable the Contact Needed flag in Entrata. If needed, contact Entrata support to to disable it.
AppFolio
Step 1: Confirm your deposit insurance setup with your Implementation Specialist.
Note: AppFolio does not offer a calendar API, so tours are never written to an AppFolio calendar. However, you can confirm that tours are synced as “showings” in the Appfolio Guest Card. Manage all tour scheduling in the EliseAI Portal.
Funnel
Step 1: Recreate your marketing sources in your PMS. Do this before the switch as attribution cannot be backfilled.
Step 2: Confirm your historical leads have been imported from Funnel.
