Follow these steps to allow location access for self-guided / AI-guided tours.
If You're Using a Phone or Tablet
📱 Safari on iPhone
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Set the Location Services switch to On.
- Scroll down and tap Safari Websites.
- Select While Using the App.
- Reopen Safari and refresh our website.
If you still cannot allow location access, follow these additional steps:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Location. You must scroll down to see the Location button.
- Select Ask in the Other Websites section.
- Reopen Safari and refresh our website
📱 Chrome on iPhone
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Set the Location Services switch to On.
- Scroll down and tap Chrome.
- Select While Using the App.
- Reopen Chrome and refresh our website.
📱 Chrome on Android
- Tap the three dots in the upper right of your Chrome browser.
- Scroll down and tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Site Settings.
- Tap Location.
- Set the Location switch to On.
- Navigate back to our website and refresh.
OR:
- Go to Settings > Location.
- Set Location to On.
- Scroll down and tap App permissions.
- Scroll down and tap Chrome.
- Select Allow only while using the app or Ask every time.
- Reopen Chrome and refresh our website.
📱 Firefox on iPhone
- Navigate to www.where-am-i.net and scroll down to the Find my Location button.
- Tap the Find My Location button, then tap Allow button on both pop-up windows.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Set the Location Services switch to On.
- Scroll down and tap Firefox.
- Select Ask Next Time Or When I Share.
- Open Firefox and refresh our website.
📱 Firefox on Android
- Tap the three horizontal lines dots in the lower right or upper right of your Firefox browser.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Site permissions.
- Tap Location.
- Select Ask to allow.
- Navigate back to our website and refresh.
If You're Using a Computer
🖥️ Google Chrome (Mac or Windows)
- Click the Lock or Slider icon in the left of the URL bar.
- Click Site Settings.
- Set Location to Allow.
- Navigate back to our website and refresh the page.
OR:
- Click the three vertical dots at the top right of your browser.
- Click Settings in the dropdown menu.
- Navigate Privacy and security (left sidebar) > Site Settings > Location.
- Select Sites can ask for your location.
- Navigate back to our website and refresh the page.
🖥️ Firefox
- Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of your browser.
- Click Settings in the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Privacy & Security > Permissions > Location
- Uncheck Block new requests asking to access your location.
- Click Save Changes.
- Navigate back to our website and refresh the page.
🖥️ Microsoft Edge
- Click the lock icon in the left of the URL bar.
- Click Permissions for this site.
- Set Location to Allow.
- Navigate back to our website and refresh the page.
