Self-Guided Tours: Enable Location Access

Follow these steps to allow location access for self-guided / AI-guided tours. 

If You're Using a Phone or Tablet

📱 Safari on iPhone 

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
2. Set the Location Services switch to On.
3. Scroll down and tap Safari Websites.
4. Select While Using the App.
5. Reopen Safari and refresh our website. 

If you still cannot allow location access, follow these additional steps:

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Location. You must scroll down to see the Location button.
2. Select Ask in the Other Websites section.
3. Reopen Safari and refresh our website

📱 Chrome on iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
2. Set the Location Services switch to On.
3. Scroll down and tap Chrome.
4. Select While Using the App.
5. Reopen Chrome and refresh our website. 

📱 Chrome on Android

1. Tap the three dots in the upper right of your Chrome browser.
2. Scroll down and tap Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Site Settings.
4. Tap Location.
5. Set the Location switch to On.
6. Navigate back to our website and refresh. 

OR: 

1. Go to Settings > Location.
2. Set Location to On.
3. Scroll down and tap App permissions.
4. Scroll down and tap Chrome.
5. Select Allow only while using the app or Ask every time.
6. Reopen Chrome and refresh our website. 

📱 Firefox on iPhone

1. Navigate to www.where-am-i.net and scroll down to the Find my Location button.
2. Tap the Find My Location button, then tap Allow button on both pop-up windows.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
4. Set the Location Services switch to On.
5. Scroll down and tap Firefox.
6. Select Ask Next Time Or When I Share.
7. Open Firefox and refresh our website. 

📱 Firefox on Android

1. Tap the three horizontal lines dots in the lower right or upper right of your Firefox browser.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Site permissions.
4. Tap Location.
5. Select Ask to allow.
6. Navigate back to our website and refresh.

If You're Using a Computer

🖥️  Google Chrome (Mac or Windows)

1. Click the Lock or Slider icon in the left of the URL bar.
2. Click Site Settings.
3. Set Location to Allow.
4. Navigate back to our website and refresh the page. 

OR: 

1. Click the three vertical dots at the top right of your browser.
2. Click Settings in the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate Privacy and security (left sidebar) > Site Settings > Location.
4. Select Sites can ask for your location.
5. Navigate back to our website and refresh the page.

🖥️  Firefox 

1. Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of your browser.
2. Click Settings in the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to Privacy & Security > Permissions > Location
4. Uncheck Block new requests asking to access your location.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. Navigate back to our website and refresh the page. 

🖥️  Microsoft Edge

1. Click the lock icon in the left of the URL bar.
2. Click Permissions for this site.
3. Set Location to Allow.
4. Navigate back to our website and refresh the page.
