EliseAI is releasing vanity numbers for buildings that are no longer active on our platform.
What if the building is paused?
If your building is paused on EliseAI, we will NOT release its vanity numbers.
When will EliseAI release the numbers?
We will release the numbers about a month after you submit a cancellation. Please remove these numbers from public display as soon as possible.
What if I want to reactivate a building that has been offboarded?
If you reactivate an offboarded building, EliseAI will purchase new vanity numbers for that building.
Will you release shared resident numbers?
No, we will NOT release shared resident numbers or single resident numbers. We filter out any resident numbers that are shared across an organization.
A lead or resident received a new message from a different number than before. What happened?
This can happen very rarely due to number reassignment.
In some cases, a conversation may initially be associated with a phone number from a different building. If that building later churns and its numbers are released, we can no longer send messages from that number. When the correct building attempts to follow up, we reassign the conversation to an active leasing number that belongs to that building so communication can continue.
Example:
A lead inquires about Building B but initially receives messages from a number belonging to Building A
Building A churns, and its phone numbers are released
When Building B follows up, the original number no longer works
We reassign the conversation to a leasing number owned by Building B, which may appear as a new number to the lead
What should I do if I believe a number was released by mistake?
Please submit a ticket to address this issue. EliseAI has 10 days to buy back a number after its release.
