Web Widget Code Update

EliseAI has updated the code used to power your Web Widget. 

Please update your property websites with the new code as soon as possible.

 

Update Your Property Website's Widget Code

Follow these steps to update your property website's widget code:

  1. Open the website builder or CMS for your property site.
  2. Open the code editor.
  3. Press Command+F (Mac) or Ctrl+F (Windows) to open the search bar.
  4. Enter "cdn.skypack" into the search bar. 
  5. Replace "cdn.skypack.dev" with "cdn.eliseai.com"
  6. Save the updated code.
  7. Open your property website and double-check that the web widget is active.

 

For RentCafe Websites

Complete these additional steps for RentCafe websites.

  1. Navigate to Settings in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Pixel in the Settings dropdown menu. 
  2. Locate the Pixel code snippet under Setup EliseAI Pixel in the gray box.
  3. Click Copy at the bottom right of the code snippet box.
  4. In RentCafe Site Manager, navigate to Marketing > Analytics Tracking in the left sidebar.
  5. Click Add New Item on the right side of the page.
  6. Fill out the Add External Tracking form:
    1. What would you like to track?
      • Other Remarketing Campaign
    2. Where should your tracking code be on the page?
      • Between the <body> tags, closer to the closing <body> tag
    3. What pages would you like to track?
      • All pages
    4. Paste your code here
      • Paste in the EliseAI widget code in this box
    5. Please enter a description of the item you want to track
      • EliseAI - [the date]
        • For example: "EliseAI - 3/30/25"

 

Sample Code for Visual Reference

NOTE: Do not use the code in these screenshots. Follow the instructions above update your widget code.

 

Old Widget Code contains cdn.skypack.dev in its URL.

 

New Widget Code contains cdn.eliseai.com in its URL. This is the only difference between the old code and the new code.
