Who Should Pick Up First? VoiceAI
- If you select Leasing Office instead:
- Dial Duration: 15 Seconds
- Make sure your office number has no recordings or menus. Use plain ring or music only.

Voice Team Settings
Leasing & Resident Teams:
- Select Call Forwarding to forward calls from VoiceAI during office hours, OR
- Select Do not Transfer to have VoiceAI take a message and create a follow-up task.
Emergency Maintenance Teams:
- During Office Hours: Ring the Leasing Office
- After Hours: Ring on-call techs via 24/7 number

Vanity Numbers
Use one vanity number per marketing source.

Delinquency Settings

Late Fees
Configure late fees on a per-community basis, not an org-wide basis.
Blackout Dates
We recommend using no blackout dates. This allows the AI to send delinquency messages on any day of the month.
Former Resident Contact
Enable former resident contact. This allows the AI to reach out to former residents with outstanding balances.
Outbound Calling
We recommend enabling outbound delinquency calling. This allows the AI to call residents who have been unresponsive to texts or emails.

NTV Period: Confirm that your Notice to Vacate Period is accurate at the org level. Add community-level overrides, if needed.

Maintenance Settings

Organization Level Settings
Submit Work Order for Connected Emergencies: Set to Yes. This ensures the AI creates a work order whether or not the resident gets connected to your live maintenance team.
Community Level Settings
Emergency Temperature Thresholds: If you are using dynamic escalation for HVAC issues, please check that these temperatures are set at appropriate levels for the community.
Self-Help Instructions: View your Maintenance Issues list and add any self-help instructions as needed.
Emergency Maintenance Team: Please set up an emergency maintenance team in VoiceHub.
