Syndication keeps your listings accurate and up to date across leading Internet Listing Services (ILSs). Instead of updating each site manually, EliseAI automatically distributes your community, unit, pricing, and availability data wherever you market your properties.
We offer this service at no additional cost. You can set up Syndication under Settings > Marketing > ILSs.
Available ILSs
EliseAI can syndicate your listings to the following ILSs:
- Zillow (including all Zillow network sites)
- Apartments.com (including all Costar network sites)
- Apartment List
- Zumper
- Dwellsy
- AffordableHousing
- Rentable
