Your AI Assistant can cross-sell units across different communities. This helps maximize occupancy by connecting prospects to communities that match their preferences.
Cross-selling works best in email conversations. Cross-selling is activated in SMS conversation with explicit written consent (PEWC) or when the prospect when the prospect specifically asks about other communities.
Cross-selling is not available in voice or webchat conversations.
Logic Overview
Your team can set up communities for cross-selling, and our AI will automatically handle the logic.
For instance, a prospect inquires about two-bedroom apartments at Community A. However, no two-bedrooms are available at Community A. In this case, your AI Assistant can cross-sell the prospect two-bedroom apartments at Communities B and C.
Cross-selling delivers the best results for:
- Communities operated by a single owner and property manager.
- Communities managed by centralized teams (CLO).
- Communities with a small number of units. When availability is limited, cross-selling keeps leads within the portfolio and prevents missed opportunities.
Cross-selling is now enabled by default on LeasingAI Discovery Agent. Once you set up community groups, your AI Assistant can start cross-selling properties.
