EliseAI Learning Center

The EliseAI Learning Center is your hub for training and education resources, featuring on-demand courses, live training sessions, certifications, and more. Key features include auto-enrollment in on-demand courses, registration in live training sessions, automated reminders, knowledge checks, certifications, and reporting.

Getting Started

You can access the Learning Center from the Training Tab 🎓 in the EliseAI platform. Learners need an app.meetelise.com account with a minimum of a Training Role to access content. 

When you click on the Training Tab, you are redirected and logged in via SSO to The Learning Center. You can also log in to the Learning Center directly. Be sure to log in as a customer if you are already an EliseAI user.

The Training Role is designed for team members who need access to the AI Portal training environment without full platform functionality. This role is ideal for onboarding onsite teams or external users who need to familiarize themselves with EliseAI workflows.

Custom Permissions: The following permissions are required to access EliseAI Learning Center materials. 

Assign roles and update permissions in your AI Portal's Users > Manage Users page. See the Set Up and Invite Users article for instructions.

What Training Users Can Do:

• Log in and complete onboarding or educational modules via the Training Page
• Familiarize themselves with the platform without being assigned active tasks

What Training Users Cannot Do:

• Access live data, tasks, or settings
• View or respond to actual prospect or resident conversations
• Make changes to system configurations

• Access reporting dashboards or property data

   

Accessing the Learning Center

From the EliseAI Platform:

1. Log in to the AI Portal with your EliseAI credentials.
2. Click Training in the left sidebar.
3. You will be automatically logged into the Learning Center.

Auto-Enrollment

EliseAI has introduced Training Auto-Enrollment to ensure your team completes essential training courses.

For users created on or after Jan 1, 2026:

• Users are now auto-enrolled in training courses based on their permissions and building/product access.
• Users will receive email notifications for auto-enrollment. Instead of separate emails for each course, users now receive a single email for all courses.
• Users must have the Admin > Training permission (see table above) to be auto-enrolled. 
• Users with incomplete training will see an orange dot on the training tab of the AI Portal's left sidebar.

Navigating the Learning Center

Once logged in, you will be automatically enrolled in on-demand courses based on your organization’s setup. 

1. See All Courses: Complete courses you are auto-enrolled in as part of onboarding.
2. Courses Tab: Explore all on-demand courses. Each course includes core product training, workflows, knowledge checks, and additional resources.
3. Live Training Tab: Register for live sessions led by EliseAI experts to deepen product knowledge and ask questions in real time.
4. Certifications: Earn and share certificates on LinkedIn to showcase your AI and automation expertise.

Scroll down to the My Learning section to view your assigned courses. 

The Certifications section displays role- and topic-based learning paths.

Finally, the Featured Learning section displays new and noteworthy training courses.
