Announcement for Yardi Clients! 🚀

You can now view full leasing conversations within your Yardi CRM.  

NOTE: This feature is live for organizations with under 20,000 units on Yardi. 

 

Previously, only conversation summaries were available in Yardi. With this update, you can now view a prospect's full conversation history without switching to the EliseAI conversation viewer. 

This update is designed to improve communication with prospects and streamline your leasing workflows.

You may notice additional items in your Yardi activity log—these are conversation exports, not new messages to prospects. We are not sending any spam or extra outreach.  

Submit a Ticket if: 

  • You cannot see full leasing conversations in Yardi.
  • You wish to disable this feature.
