As part of the onboarding process, you must set up specific APIs to ensure seamless data transfer between Yardi RentCafe and EliseAI.
- If you have Yardi Administrative Access, see the For Yardi Admins section.
- If you do NOT have Yardi Administrative Access, see the Submit a Case section.
For Yardi Admins
If you have Yardi admin access, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Property > Property Settings > Select Property to update > Property Configuration > Content & Settings > Office Hours
- Add Office Hours if set to 00
- Navigate to Property > Property Settings > Property Configuration > Content & Settings > Settings> Appointment Settings
- Enable appropriate Tour Settings (Guided/Self Guided/Live Video/360 Tours)
- Add tour hours under each enabled Tour Setting
- Add tour appointment length in minutes
3. Advanced Timeslot Scheduling [For RentCafe CRM, Flex, or CRM IQ leasing users]
- Submit a Case to enable this feature - see section below for instructions.
Submit a Case to Yardi SPOC
If you do not have Yardi admin access, submit a case to Yardi SPOC.
Copy and paste the Case Request Text below into your case to request the following information.
- Replace [PROPERTY 1], [PROPERTY 2], and so on with the properties you are launching on EliseAI.
- Copy both onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com and your EliseAI Customer Success Manager on any communications.

To proceed, we kindly request the following configuration steps:
- Navigate to Property > Property Settings > Select Property to update > Property Configuration > Content & Settings > Office Hours
- Add Office Hours if set to 00
- Navigate to Property > Property Settings > Property Configuration > Content & Settings > Settings> Appointment Settings
- Enable appropriate Tour Settings (Guided/Self Guided/Live Video/360 Tours)
- Add tour hours under each enabled Tour Setting

- Please ensure that the "Use Advanced Timeslot Scheduling" setting is enabled for the properties listed below:

Enable Vendor Web API
Locate the Vendor Web API token within Yardi RentCafe:
- Site Manager > Company Level Settings > Settings > API Settings.
We rely on the Web Service (Vendor) API for building details and pricing, so it’s essential to have the property set up for this API. This is a RentCafe function that allows you to add the property to the Vendor API.
Incorrect Credentials
If credentials are incorrect, please review the RentCafe Credentials Instructions. As part of that process, you can find the company code on Yardi RentCafe:
