Add "Meet Elise" as a Leasing Agent

The Meet Elise agent needs to be added to ensure seamless communication and functionality between the EliseAI system and the Yardi Voyager system. This setup provides the AI agent the ability to perform essential tasks, such as lead management, leasing documents

In Voyager, add a new leasing agent for each property: Navigate to Setup > Property > Review  Property.

1. 1. Select the desired property and go to Functions > Agents.
   2. Find the Meet Elise Agent and add a Start date if not populated
   3. If the Meet Elise Agent is not on the list please select the paper icon:
      • Select Employee to find and add the Meet Elise User as a leasing agent
      • Enter start date for the user and hit ‘Submit’
   4. Save

Check “User can bypass Leasing Week security” to ensure EliseAI can import guest cards outside of the leasing week date range.
