You must provide RentCafe API Token and Company Code when integrating with EliseAI. To access this information, submit a case to Yardi Client Central or send a request to your Yardi representative.
Please copy the following emails on your request:
- onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com
- Your Customer Success Manager's email
Feel free to copy and paste the text below when submitting your case:
"We are currently onboarding with EliseAI and would appreciate your assistance to facilitate the integration process.
To proceed, we kindly request the following:
- Vendor API Token: Please generate and provide the Vendor API token for Elise A.I. Technologies Corp.
- RentCafe Company Code: Please share with us our RentCafe Company Code.
- Advanced Timeslot Scheduling (RentCafeCRM, Flex, or CRM IQ for lead management Users only): Please ensure that the Use Advanced Timeslot Scheduling setting is enabled for the properties listed above."
If you have Yardi admin permissions, you can also try to find the Vendor API Token by going to:
- Site Manager > Company Level Settings > Settings > API Settings
Once you receive your RentCafe API Token and Company Code, you can provide this information on the EliseAI Credentials page:
