Why: This source is intended for any AI communications that need to be followed up on or handed off. These will be labeled as "Urgent Lead" and will appear in your unreviewed queue.
- Go into Yardi Voyager and create a source named “Urgent Lead” for each property.
- Navigate to Site Manager.
- Go to Property Search > Property > Marketing > Lead Attribution.
- Review the campaigns set up for the selected property. You'll find the Urgent Lead email, which follows this format:
- propertyname.UrgentLead.yourcompanyname@aptleasing.info, OR
- propertyname.UrgentLead.yourcompanyname@assist.rent
- Input the email addresses on your EliseAI credentials page.
- Repeat this process for each property you have.
