Follow the steps below to integrate MaintenanceAI with RealPage.
Subscribe Properties
Follow these steps to verify credentials and subscribe properties to EliseAI:
- Log in at my.realpage.com
- Navigate to Resources > Integration Marketplace.
- Search for EliseAI.
- Select the EliseAI logo and click Subscribe Now.
- Subscribe properties launching MaintenanceAI to MeetElise and EliseAI Maintenance Assistant.
- Click Save and Submit
Your subscription request has now been submitted to the EliseAI team for approval.
Verify Maintenance Areas
If you need to submit work orders for common areas or areas outside of individual units, please set up Resident Support for these locations.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your RealPage dashboard.
- Select the property you want to configure.
- Navigate to Facilities > Issue Locations.
- Ensure that Resident Support is enabled.
