Once ResidentAI goes live, residents will receive proactive communication from your AI Assistant. Your AI Assistant will introduce themselves and offer to assist with questions.
Any questions that your AI Assistant cannot answer will be escalated to the on-site team both via Entrata and over Email.
Agents will need to click on the link to open the Elise Portal conversation to respond, or they can respond in Sidekick. All responses from the on-site team will be fed to your AI Assistant to learn for the future.
Maintenance
Resident work orders submitted to your AI Assistant over text message will be pushed to Yardi directly. Maintenance techs can pick up work orders there.
Any updates will push back to the resident through your AI Assistant's text messaging.
