Note about getPropertyFees
The getPropertyFees method uses your pricing transparency settings in Entrata to determine which rates and fees are included. This setting allows property administrators to control which fees are included in the advertised rent price and displayed to prospective residents on channels like the ProspectPortal website, internet listing services (ILSs), and snippets.
In Entrata, you can update pricing transparency settings under:
Setup > Properties > [select a property] > Pricing > Transparency

Troubleshooting
How do I resolve the "No categories in getWorkOrderPickLists" error?
- Your AI needs to know all work order categories in order to submit a work order for your residents. If you aren't sure how to set that up, please reach out to your Entrata representative for assistance.
