RealPage EliseAI Setup

Overview

Use EliseAI Credentials Pages to set up your RealPage integration. To access a credentials page: 

1. Open the EliseAI Portal.
2. Click Onboarding in the left sidebar. Then, click Launch Status in the dropdown menu.
3. On the Launch Status page, find the row for the Building and Product you would like to integrate. 

4. Click the red + Setup button in the row's Integration column.

   

Please submit a ticket if you have any questions about this process. Use the CC field to copy:

1. onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com  
2. Your Customer Success Manager 

Concessions Setup

As a first step, please check your leasing concessions in RealPage. Concessions with custom end dates cause incorrect unit pricing to appear in our system. 

If any of your concessions use custom end dates, please replace these with default end dates. 

This setup ensures the AI can share accurate pricing information with prospects. 

Verify Credentials

Follow these steps to verify credentials and subscribe properties to EliseAI: 

1. Log in at my.realpage.com 
2. Navigate to Resources > Integration Marketplace.
3. Search for EliseAI.
4. Select the EliseAI logo and click Subscribe Now.

Confirm RealPage Properties

Follow these steps to confirm each RealPage property: 

1. Enable the properties you wish to subscribe:
   • Subscribe properties launching LeasingAI to MeetElise.
   • Subscribe properties launching DelinquencyAI to MeetElise and Delinquency.
   • Subscribe properties launching MaintenanceAI to MeetElise and EliseAI Maintenance Assistant.
   • Note that properties using both Leasing and Delinquency must be subscribed to both MeetElise and Delinquency.
2. Click Save and Submit

Your subscription request has now been submitted to the EliseAI team for approval.

Set Up MeetElise Leasing Agent

Follow these steps to set up MeetElise leasing agents in RealPage: 

1. Log in at my.realpage.com. 
2. Navigate to People > Users.
3. Click on the Add New User button.
4. In User Details, add the first name as Meet and the last name as Elise.
5. Set the User Type to User (No Email).
6. In the email address field, please enter any email address that is distinct from the other leasing agents within your organization 
   • We do not use the email address you specify here.
7. Click Next.
8. Under Product Access, give this user the same permissions/roles you would to a leasing agent on the same property.
9. Grant access to OneSite, found under the Property Management tab
10. Click Create User.

Verify Maintenance Areas (MaintenanceAI Only)

If you need to submit work orders for common areas or areas outside of individual units, please set up Resident Support for these locations. 

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your RealPage dashboard.
2. Select the property you want to configure.
3. Navigate to Facilities > Issue Locations.
4. Ensure that Resident Support is enabled.

Important Notes

A user can only manage subscriptions from the Integration Marketplace.

The user submitting the subscription requests must have the Integration Marketplace product access and the ‘Integration Manager’ role. Both permissions are located under the Core center. If you do not have this permission, please contact your RealPage Administrator at your company.

For additional assistance on permissions, please submit a support ticket in the Client Portal, https://realpage.secure.force.com/cportal, choose RealPage Exchange in the product dropdown.

Your subscription request will remain in Pending status until EliseAI approves the subscription. You can view the status of your subscriptions at any time by clicking on the number hyperlink under the Selected Properties.
