Final Launch Steps: Knock CRM

As a final launch step for Knock CRM integration, you must:

1. Redirect all leads to your AI Assistant's email address. To find this address:

1. Open the AI Portal and click Communities in the left sidebar.

2. Click Manage in the Communities dropdown menu, then click Status at the top of the page.

   

3. Locate your AI Assistant's email in the Lead Email for ILS column.

2. Disable Knock autoresponder emails. These emails duplicate the work of your AI Assistant.
