Overview
Use EliseAI Credentials Pages to set up your Knock integration. To access a credentials page:
- Open the EliseAI Portal.
- Click Onboarding in the left sidebar. Then, click Launch Status in the dropdown menu.
- On the Launch Status page, find the row for the Building and Product you would like to integrate.

Click the red + Setup button in the row's Integration column.

Configure Knock Settings
Follow these steps to configure Knock settings for EliseAI.
- Navigate to Knock > Preference > Scheduling.
- Enable Self-schedule.
- Enable all relevant Tour types.

Enable calendar availability by setting Number of days out to 28 days.

Enable Property Access
NOTE: If you use RealPage as your PMS, you may have already completed this step.
Knock API access must be granted through the RealPage Exchange (RPX) platform.
- Log in to RealPage.
- Navigate to Resources > Integration Marketplace > App Marketplace.
- Select Manage Integrations
- Find MeetElise by searching by name.
- Enable and disable the properties you wish to subscribe or cancel.
- Click Save
Your subscription status will show as “Pending” until it has been approved by the EliseAI team.
Next, ensure that EliseAI has access to tour times for all properties. This may happen automatically when properties are subscribed.
- If you intentionally do not have tour times in Knock for a property, please alert your Customer Success Team.
- If you believe you should have tour times and this step does not pass on the credentials page, please ensure the Self-Schedule toggle is on within Knock Calendar settings and that blackout events are not blocking your calendars.
Set up Knock Community Agents
If your PMS agent is created and you do not see your Knock agent, please follow up on your support request from the previous step.
Copy both onboarding.integrations@meetelise.com and your EliseAI Customer Success Manager on any communications.
