Final Launch Steps: Yardi & CRMIQ

As a final launch step, you must redirect all leads to your AI Assistant's email address. To find this address:

  1. Open the AI Portal and click Communities in the left sidebar.
  2. Locate a community on the Communities page. 
  3. Locate your AI Assistant's email in the AI Assistant column. 01 AI email.png

NOTE: Yardi administrators can complete Steps 1 and 2. Reach out to a Yardi representative to complete Step 3.

For Customers Using Yardi CRMIQ:

Step 1: Make sure "House" is set as the Default Agent for Property Website / RentCafe ILS prospects. 

  1. Navigate to RentCafe Site Manager:
    • Company > Select Property > Content & Settings > Settings > Guest Card Settings > Default Agent for Property Website & Default Agent for RENTCafe.com ILS
  2. Set the default agent to "House"
  3. Ensure the checkbox next to "Use as system default" is checked on.

CRMIQ clients: Failing to default to the "House" agent may result in lead handling issues and loss of automation functionality.

 

For Customers Using Yardi Flex:

Step 1: Make sure "Meet Elise" is set as the Default Agent for Property Website / RentCafe ILS prospects. 

  1. Navigate to RentCafe Site Manager:
    • Company > Select Property > Content & Settings > Settings > Guest Card Settings > Default Agent for Property Website & Default Agent for RENTCafe.com ILS
  2. Set the default agent to "Meet Elise"
  3. Ensure the checkbox next to "Use as system default" is unchecked.

For All Customers Using Yardi:

Step 2: Turn off first contact follow-up reminders in Yardi CRM

  1. Navigate to Yardi CRM:
    • Search > Property > Select correct property > Communication > Follow-Up Setup > First Contact > Edit > Email 
  2. Click Deactivate on the Email page.

 

Step 3: Update "Web Requests" setting to auto-create guest cards in Yardi. NOTE: A Yardi representative must complete this step for you. 

  1. Navigate to Yardi Site Manager:
    • Property Settings > Company Switch > Admin Edit Campaign (for the MeetElise marketing source) > CRM setting (auto-create guest card)
    • The MeetElise marketing source may be called "Meet Elise" or "Non-Source"
  2. Update "Web Requests" to auto-create guest cards for all sources except "Urgent Lead."
