Welcome to our Single Sign-On (SSO) setup guide. This document will walk you through the process of configuring role mapping in EliseCRM.
Role mapping is essential for ensuring that users have the correct permissions and access levels based on their roles within your organization. By leveraging SSO, you can streamline user authentication and authorization, improve security, and enhance the user experience.
Follow these steps to set up role mapping effectively, allowing your team to access the right resources with ease and confidence.

Enter the actual role titles in the “Your Title values” section

Assign EliseAI Roles
-
In the “EliseAI Roles” drop down, assign the corresponding role with the appropriate permissions that match the role titles you entered into “Your Title values”

See EliseCRM User Permissions for more information about each role

-
Add Additional Roles

To add more roles and their associated permissions, click “Add mapping” in the bottom right to add additional job titles
