When you create a new prospect guest card in the AI Portal, EliseAI checks for duplicate names or contact info on existing guest cards. If there is a match, you can merge the new guest card with the existing one.
You can create prospect guest cards for specific communities directly in the AI Portal. When you create a guest card, you must enter the prospect's name and contact information. Our system flags the guest card as a duplicate when:
- The prospect's name matches an existing guest card for the community, AND
- The prospect's email address and/or phone number matches an existing guest card for the community.
If you create a duplicate guest card, you will be directed to the Existing Prospect Found window.
Click Merge & Proceed to merge the new guest card with the existing guest card. Or, click Create New Prospect to create a new guest that is separate from the existing one.
If you click Merge & Proceed, any new information migrates to the existing guest card.

NOTE: We do NOT flag duplicates or allow guest card merging when:
- You create a guest card with matching names, but with differing contact information.
- You create a guest card with matching names and contact information for a different community.
