Use your AI Portal's Unit Editor to configure unit, floor plan, and amenity information across your portfolio. Your AI Assistant uses this information to match prospects with their preferred communities and units.
To access your Unit Editor, click Units in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Unit Editor (New) in the dropdown menu. (Do not click the old Unit Editor link. We are phasing this out.)
You can use your unit editor to:
- View unit information such as pricing, availability, and lease history.
- Add unit or floor plan photography that your AI Assistant can use in conversations.
- Assign amenity information to specific floor plans or units.
- Mark units as hidden: this prevents your AI Assistant from mentioning the unit in conversations.
- See Updating Unit Availability for more details.
NOTE: Most of your unit editor's data syncs from your external PMS, if you use one. You cannot edit this data directly in the AI Portal; instead, you must do so in your PMS. However, please check the AI Portal's Unit Editor frequently to ensure your unit information is up to date in EliseAI. |
