You can manage building settings and preferences through the Building Settings page in your AI Portal. To access the page, open the AI Portal and navigate to Settings > Building.

How do I edit the information for my community?
Find the information you would like to change and then click into the field to update. Once you're finished, press enter or click out of the field to save the changes.
How do I update the hold time for a community?
You can update your community's hold time by finding the corresponding column on the Building Settings page and clicking into the field to edit. You can find more information about selecting appropriate hold times in our Hold Time article.
Why is my AI stating we don't currently have 5 bedrooms when we don't offer them at all?
This may be due to incorrect information in the Unit Types Offered column within the Building Settings page. If this needs updating, simply select or un-select the layout sizes from this column.
If these settings are accurate but your AI is still responding incorrectly, please reach out to support for further assistance investigating the response.
How do I change how my AI refers to units?
This setting is updated from the PersonalizeAI page instead of the Building Settings page. To locate the PersonalizeAI page within the AI Portal, open the Settings dropdown.
