You can activate Pre-Launch Guest Cards in your AI Portal. This allows AI your Assistant to:
- Interact with prospects who inquire about communities that have not launched on EliseAI.
- Interact with prospects who inquire about pre-lease and lease-up communities.
- Boost your outreach to prospects in early stages of the leasing funnel (i.e. pre-tour).
Pre-Launch guest cards sync from your external PMS. Though these guest cards are active in your PMS, they are inactive in your AI Portal.
Once you activate a prospect's pre-launch guest card, your AI Assistant begins sending its usual messages and follow-ups.

Activation Steps
Follow these steps to activate guest cards for pre-launch communities.
- Click Contacts in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Prospect in the Contacts dropdown menu.
- Click Select Columns in the top right of the page.
- Check the Ignored Reason box at the bottom of the Select Columns menu. This mounts the Ignored Reason column on the right side of the page.
- Click Filters at the top of the page. This opens the filters menu.
- Enable Show Leads with No Response under the menu's Engagement & Communication section.
- Use the contacts page to locate guest cards with:
- Inquiry as their Status
- Pre-launch or Not Assigned to Elise as their Ignored Reason
- Click on a guest card that matches this criteria. Then, click Activate AI Conversation to start a conversation and enable AI Assistant outreach to the prospect.
