Use the Voice Hub Audit Log to track the change history of your Voice Hub routing plans.
Your Voice Hub tracks each change made to your team routing plans in an audit log. Use this feature to:
- View the exact time changes were made to your Voice Hub routing plans
- View the users responsible for each change.
- Troubleshoot any issues with your Voice Hub team setups.
Follow these steps to use your Voice Hub Audit Log:
- Select a community from your Voice Hub's left sidebar to view its routing plans.
- Click a routing plan in the Routing Plan column of the page's Team section.
- Click the View History link at the top of the team's routing plan window. This open's the team's Voice Hub Audit Log.
- The log lists each change as a separate panel.
- Each panel displays the previous version of the routing plan in red on the left side, and the current version in green on the right side. This allows you to compare the previous and current versions side by side.
- Each panel lists the user who made the change on the top left.
Use the log to troubleshoot any issues that arise with your routing plans, and to restore previous versions if needed.
