Use your organization's Community Settings Table to view and adjust tour settings for all the communities you can access on EliseAI.
To access your Community Settings Table, click Settings in the AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Calendar and Tours in the settings dropdown menu. Then, click Community Settings Table in the page's left sidebar. (This may be open by default.)
This article describes each of the table's settings columns from left to right. Note that you may also adjust calendar and tour settings in each community's settings page. See Calendar and Tours Settings for detailed instructions.

General Info
ID: The EliseAI ID number of each community
Community: The building or property name
Preferred Tour Type: Your AI Assistant will prioritize this tour type in conversations with prospects. That is, if a prospect requests to book a tour without specifying a tour type, your AI Assistant offers the tour type assigned in this panel.
Tours Offered: The types of tours enabled for each community. You can select In-Person, Self-Guided, and/or Live Virtual.
Agent-Led Tours
Agent Led Tour Booking Method: The method your AI Assistant uses for booking agent-led in-person tours. You can choose between:
- Conversation: Your AI Assistant will offer tour times and book tours in conversations with prospects.
- Link: Your AI Assistant will offer an external (non-EliseAI) link that prospects can use to self-schedule tours.
Agent Led Tour Link: If you selected Link as your Agent Led Booking Tour Method, copy and paste the link prospects can use to book an agent-led tour.
Agent Led Tour Hours: The hours available for agent-led tours of the community. Click on this panel to view or update these hours in the community's tour settings page. Your ability to edit these hours in the AI Portal may depend on your external CRM.
Agent Led Tour Duration: The length of each agent-led tour appointment in minutes.
Agent Led Concurrency Shared By: If your community can run different types of tours at the same as agent-led tours, you can enter those types here.
Agent Led Advanced Notice Minutes: The minimum amount of time before the first available agent-led tour slot. For instance, if you set your advanced notice to 120 minutes and the current time is 12 PM, the earliest tour slot available for the community will be 2 PM.
Self-Guided Tours
Self-Guided Tour Booking Method: The method your AI Assistant uses for booking self-guided tours. You can choose between:
- Conversation: Your AI Assistant will offer tour times and book tours in conversations with prospects.
- Link: Your AI Assistant will offer an external (non-EliseAI) link that prospects can use to self-schedule tours.
Self-Guided Tour Link: If you selected Link as your Self-Guided Booking Tour Method, copy and paste the link prospects can use to book a self-guided tour.
Self-Guided Tour Hours: The hours available for self-guided tours of the community. Click on this panel to view or update these hours in the community's tour settings page. Your ability to edit these hours in the AI Portal may depend on your external CRM.
Self-Guided Tour Duration: The length of each self-guided tour appointment in minutes.
Self-Guided Tour Access Issues: Type in instructions for prospects to use in case they encounter access issues during self-guided tours.
Self-Guided Concurrency Shared By: If your community can run different types of tours at the same as self-guided tours, you can enter those types here.
Self-Guided Advanced Notice Minutes: The minimum amount of time before the first available self-guided tour slot. For instance, if you set your advanced notice to 120 minutes and the current time is 12 PM, the earliest tour slot available for the community will be 2 PM.
Live-Virtual Tours
Live Virtual Tour Booking Method: The method your AI Assistant uses for booking live virtual tours. You can choose between:
- Conversation: Your AI Assistant will offer tour times and book tours in conversations with prospects.
- Link: Your AI Assistant will offer an external (non-EliseAI) link that prospects can use to self-schedule tours.

General Info II
Media Tour Link: Copy and paste the link to a 3D tour or pre-recorded video tour, if applicable. Contact Support to enable your AI Assistant's ability to send this link.
Appointment Directions: Directions to an in-person tour location. Type in what the prospect needs to know when they arrive, such as where to meet the agent, or how to get into the leasing office.
Parking Instructions: Instructions for where and how to park for a tour.
Meeting Location: The address of the tour starting point.
Advanced Settings
You can access Advanced Settings from the Community Settings Table page. Follow these instructions to adjust a community's advanced tour scheduling settings.
- Click Advanced Settings in the top right corner of the community settings table.
- Select a community from the page's left sidebar.
- Use the Advanced Tour Settings page to configure the following:
- Showing Policy: Allow your AI Assistant to schedule tours for units that are not rent-ready. This may apply to pre-lease communities still in development.

Alternative Tour Options: Determine what your AI Assistant does when a prospect's preferred unit layouts are not available for tours. Your AI Assistant can:
- Offer tours for other available units.
- Offer tours showing your whole community and its amenities,
- Offer tours for model units,
- Avoid offering or scheduling another tour.
