The EliseAI Maintenance App supports offline mode. This allows technicians to clock in and make updates on work orders without internet access.
For example:
After a building loses hot water, a technician enters a building's boiler room to replace the thermostatic mixing valve. Once the technician enters, their phone loses internet. The technician then uses the Maintenance App in offline mode to:
- Press Start to clock in on the work order.
- Change the work order status to Complete after replacing the valve.
- Add a closing note to the work order.
Each of these updates sync to your Maintenance Supervisor Portal once the technician's phone goes back online.
Offline mode ensures that technicians can use the maintenance app and record their time in any type of setting, with or without internet.
