Metrics by Channel, Source, and Community
Use the Metrics tabs at the top of the page to segment and analyze your leasing data.
Metrics by Channel, Source
The Metrics by Channel, Source tab breaks down your leads by channel and source. Use the dropdown menus to sort data by:
- Channel
- Marketing Source
- Standardized Marketing Source
- Month
- Week
If you sort by Marketing Source, the table lists the exact source for each lead. This view can get a little messy if your marketing sources don't match perfectly across your communities.
Use the Standardized Marketing Source grouping to automatically clean up the view and group the same sources under one header.
For example, "Rent." and "Rent.com" in Marketing Source grouping are combined into "Rentcom" under the Standardized grouping.
Metrics by Community
This Metrics by Community tab offers the same sorting options as the Metrics by Channel, Source tab, but here, you can sort your lead data by community.
Application Details
The Application Details tab displays your application data by status and community.
NOTE: This feature is currently in beta. If you're interested in joining the beta feature, please reach out to your CSM.
The Application Conversion bar chart tracks your applications by status. This includes the number of applications started, completed, denied, and approved, as well as the number of leases signed.
Below the chart, the Application Detail section list metrics for your individual communities.
Use the Secondary dropdown menu on the right to sort this data by channel, marketing source, and other categories.

The Automaton Progress tab displays data on handoffs from your AI Assistant to your onsite team.
The Message Automation Rate Trend panel tracks the percentage of fully automated messages across your selected timeframe.
The Handoff Messages by Creator panel tracks the total number handoffs by type.
The panel displays two types of handoffs

- For instance, a prospect asks about a pricing discrepancy and the AI Assistant does not know the answer.
-
Client_override: The AI Assistant hands off a conversation because your settings require it to do so.
- For instance, your settings require the AI Assistant to hand off any conversations in which a prospect mentions affordable housing.
The Handoff Reason panel tracks each handoff reason and its percentage of the total.
View your AI Assistant's most frequent handoff reasons to identify trends and improve your organization's Knowledge Base. These steps can enhance your AI Assistant's performance and reduce handoffs to your onsite team.
The Handoff Reasons & Conversations table lists conversations the AI Assistant handed off to your onsite team.
The table lists each conversation's
