Visit the AI Portal's Incident Status page for updates on EliseAI performance and operations issues. The page lists updates on broad categories such as Integrations and Communication Channels, as well as specific components like Voice and Maintenance.
To view the Incident Status page, click the Question Mark at the bottom of your AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Status in the Resource Center menu.
Click Subscribe to Updates at the top of the page to receive live updates on EliseAI performance. You can subscribe through Email, RSS, or Slack. If you subscribe through email, you can choose to receive updates on specific components.
Contact Support if you experience any performance issues that are not listed on the incident status page.
