Your ability to update unit availability directly in the Elise AI Portal depends on your setup.
If your building or community uses a supported external PMS:
You must update unit availability in your PMS. You cannot update unit availability or pricing in the AI Portal.
Please update unit availability often in your PMS. This ensures that your AI Assistant does not schedule tours or encourage applications for occupied units.
EliseAI automatically syncs availability data from your PMS three times per day. This information syncs to your Unit Editor and Unit Recommendations/Quotes Feature.
While you cannot edit unit availability, you CAN update specific affordable housing columns and information on amenities.

If your building or community DOES NOT use external PMS or uses a PMS not supported by EliseAI:
Any user with permissions for that community can edit unit availability, pricing, and all other information directly in the AI Portal's Unit Editor.
Note that you cannot bulk-update information in the unit editor. You must manually update one unit at a time.
Hide Units
All clients can hide units using the Unit Editor. To hide a unit, check the box in a unit's Hidden column.
- NOTE: Please do not hide affordable housing units. Doing so may cause technical issues.
You may choose to hide a unit when:
- The unit is undergoing renovations or maintenance.
- The unit's current resident is under eviction.
Once you hide a unit, EliseAI essentially acts like the unit does not exist:
- The unit will not appear in your quoting feature
- Your AI Assistant will not mention the unit
- We will not export the unit to prospect guest cards.
Please use this feature at your discretion to ensure you give prospects accurate information.
