This article provides a detailed breakdown of Resident Guest Cards and Contacts in the EliseAI Portal.

Resident Contacts Page
Your Resident Contacts Page lists all of your past, present, and future residents.
To access your residents contacts page, click Contacts in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Resident in the Contacts dropdown menu.
The page's default view lists the following for each resident:
- Community and Unit Number
- Lease Start and End Dates

Statuses: These reflect a resident's activities. A resident's entry may display more than one status. Resident statuses include:
- Past, Current, or Future Resident
- Renewal Offer Sent
- Work Order in Progress
- Under Eviction or Evicted
- Domains: General or Delinquency
Filter Your Resident Contacts Page
Use the filters at the top of the resident contacts page to customize your view.
Use the All Communities dropdown to select a community and view its residents.
Click the View button to choose a premade custom view for the page.
Click Filters to open a detailed filters sidebar.
Use this sidebar to filter the page by specific items like lease details, contact medium, and occupant type. Use the Search filters... box at the top of the sidebar to locate specific filters.
Click Select Columns to open a columns menu. Use this menu to add various types of columns to the contacts page.
You can also search for residents by name and contact info, or by unit.
Click Reset Filters to reset the page view back to default.
Resident Guest Cards
Click on a resident's name in the contacts page to view their guest card.
A resident's status appears next to their name (Past, Current, or Future).
Communication
The Communication section of a resident guest card displays the following information:
- Contact Information: This syncs from your external PMS. You cannot update resident contact information in the AI Portal.
- Opt-In statuses for communication channels. See Unsubscribe & Opt-In Behavior for more information.
- View Conversation Link: Click this to view a resident's conversation history.
- The AI Assistant or Live Agent currently managing the resident conversation.
Eviction Management
If you use EliseAI's Delinquency Product, an Eviction Status entry may appear on guest cards for residents in any stage of the eviction process. Click View Details to view and manage the resident's eviction timeline.

Lease
You can view a resident's lease information below their guest card's communication section. The lease section lists the following information:
- Lease Duration
- Lease Start and End Dates
- Monthly Rent
- Roommates (if any): Click on a roommate to view their guest card.
- Guarantors (if any): Click on a guarantor to view their guest card.
Work Orders
If you use EliseAI's Maintenance Product, a resident's open work orders may appear on their guest card. These work orders sync with your Maintenance App and Supervisor Portal, if you use these features.
- NOTE: Access to work orders on resident guest cards may depend on your external PMS/CRM. Contact Support for more information.
Click + Add Work Order to create a new work order for the resident.
Click on an existing work order to update its priority, status, or due date.
Click View All in the top right of the work orders section to view all full list of the resident's open and closed work orders.
Transactions
If you use EliseAI's Delinquency Product, you can view the Transactions section at the bottom of a resident guest card. This section displays the following items for each resident:
Outstanding Charges
Payment History
Payment Plan, if the resident has set one up.
Click + Add Payment Plan at the top of the section to create a payment plan for the resident. See Payment Plans and Partial Payments for more information.
