Guest Cards
Guest Cards are individual records of prospect or resident information. They are an essential part of managing your leasing or resident workflows.
The AI Portal syncs guest cards from your external PMS or CRM, if you use one.
All guest cards list the following items for a specific prospect or resident:
- Name and Contact information (if available)
- Community: The building a prospect has inquired about, or the building where a resident lives
- View Conversation Link: Click this to view a prospect or resident's conversation history
- The AI Assistant or Live Agent currently managing the conversation
The AI Portal contains two types of guest cards:
- Prospect Guest Cards track application status, scheduled tours, and other leasing-specific items. You can view Prospect Guest Cards if you use LeasingAI.
- Resident Guest Cards track payment plans, maintenance work orders, and other resident-specific items. You can view Resident Guest Cards if you use any ResidentAI Products (Renewals, Maintenance, Delinquency)
Can I delete guest cards directly in the AI Portal?
You CANNOT delete guest cards directly in the AI Portal. You must do this in your external PMS or CRM.
Can I merge guest cards directly in the AI Portal?
You CANNOT manually merge two guest cards in the AI Portal. You must do this in your external PMS or CRM.
However, EliseAI automatically merges guest cards and contacts in certain scenarios.
