Your Lost Leads Report tracks reasons why your organization lost leads at any point in the leasing funnel. Use this information to identify patterns and improve your communication with prospects.
The Lost Leads Report extracts data from:
- Your conversations with prospects
- Your Elise AI Portal
- Your external PMS and CRM systems
To access your report, open the AI Portal and navigate to the Reports tab on the left sidebar. From the dropdown, select Lost Leads.
Use the filters at the top of the page to view lost leads by community or date range.
The panels below the filters track Total Lost leads, the Top Lost Category, and the Top Lost Reason.
The Lost Leads by Category panel tracks broad categories of lost leads in a pie chart. Categories may include Spam/Invalid, Leased Elsewhere, or Decided Not To Move.
- NOTE: The chart excludes leads lost for unknown reasons.
Click on a category to remove it from the pie chart. You can use this feature to compare specific categories.
The Lost Reason Breakdown panel on the right tracks broad categories AND specific reasons for each lost lead. Specific reasons may include Paused Search, Out of Budget Range, or Did Not Like Location.
Click on a lost reason's count to open a list of associated prospects.
The lists shows each prospect's contact info, lead source, and cancellation time.
Click View in a prospect's Conversation column to view their conversation in the AI Portal.
