Download IDV QR Codes
Prospects must scan a QR code to complete pre-tour ID verification. Elise generates a unique QR code for each community.
Once your organization launches Elise IDV, you can download each community's QR code directly from your AI Portal:
- Click Settings in your AI Portal's left sidebar.
- Click Calendar and Tours in the Settings dropdown menu.
- Select a community in the page's left sidebar.
- Click the QR Code tab on the top right.
- Click either QR Code download option:
- Click Download QR Code to download the QR code only (SVG file).
- Click Download Postcard to download a QR code postcard (PDF file).
- Print the QR code and place it at your community's entrance or tour starting point.
Prospect ID Verification
Once you post a community's QR code, you can use Elise IDV to verify prospects touring that community.
Elise IDV can follow one of three flows, depending on when a prospect books a tour and completes verification.
1. A prospect books a tour and attempts IDV in advance:
- A prospect books a tour.
- Your AI Assistant sends the prospect a link to complete IDV. The AI includes this link in its tour confirmation and reminder messages.
- The prospect attempts IDV.
- If the prospect passes IDV, they can use the community QR code to check in for their tour when they arrive. Then, the prospect can start their agent-led or self-guided tour of your community.
- If the prospect fails IDV after two attempts, your AI Assistant cancels the tour and hands off the failed verification as a task in your AI Portal. Your team can then decide how to follow up with the prospect.
2. A prospect books a tour and attempts IDV during check-in:
- A prospect books a tour without completing IDV in advance.
- The prospect uses the community QR code to check in for their tour when they arrive.
- Your AI assistant sends the prospect a link to complete IDV on their phone.
- The prospect attempts IDV.
- If the prospect passes IDV, they can start their agent-led or self-guided tour of your community.
- If the prospect fails IDV after two attempts, EliseAI cancels the tour. Proceed with your usual policies for prospects that fail ID verification.
3. A prospect walks in for a tour with no advanced booking:
- A prospect walks in for a tour and scans the community QR Code.
- Your AI Assistant sends the prospect a link to book a tour and complete IDV on their phone.
- The prospect taps the link and attempts IDV.
- If the prospect passes IDV, they can:
- Start a self-guided tour right away, if your community offers this.
- Start an agent-led tour right away if an agent is available.
- Book an agent-led tour for a later time.
- If the prospect fails IDV after two attempts, EliseAI cancels the tour. Proceed with your usual policies for prospects that fail ID verification.
IDV In Your AI Portal
You can use Elise IDV to view a prospect's ID verification status directly in your AI Portal. After prospects are sent an IDV link, their profile displays one of five statuses based on their progress:
- Verified
- Started
- Not Started
- Failed
- Expired
You can view a prospect's IDV status in three locations:
-
A prospect's guest card
-
Your Tour Calendar: Hover your mouse over a scheduled tour to view its prospect's IDV status.
-
Your Contacts Tab
You can resend IDV links to prospects with incomplete, expired, or failed verification. To do this, click on a prospect's guest card, then click Resend verification link.
